Linear Measuring Systems offers this web site for customer information and to offer alternative digital readouts that can be adapted to your existing Sargon Industries equipment. 
You have two options for your Sargon equipment. You can either send it to us for repair or replace the unit with a new unit.
If you want to send it in for repair, here is what we need:
If you are sending in a scale: 1) I will need the scale, encoder and cable. - not the mounting hardware for the scale or encoder
   2) your contact information
3) what is wrong with the scale/encoder.

 

If you are sending in a display: 1) I will need the display - not the power cable or mounting arm
2) your contact information
3) what is wrong with the display.

 

Please send it to the attention of the service department . A return authorization number is not required.
Once we receive the unit, we will evaluate it and notify you with a repair quote.
You will decide if you want to repair the unit. We do not charge for repair estimates.
