- Linear Measuring Systems offers this web site for customer information and to offer alternative digital readouts that can be adapted to your existing Sargon Industries equipment.
- You have two options for your Sargon equipment. You can either send it to us for repair or replace the unit with a new unit.
- If you want to send it in for repair, here is what we need:
- If you are sending in a scale: 1) I will need the scale, encoder and cable. - not the mounting hardware for the scale or encoder
- 2) your contact information
- 3) what is wrong with the scale/encoder.
- If you are sending in a display: 1) I will need the display - not the power cable or mounting arm
- 2) your contact information
- 3) what is wrong with the display.
- Please send it to the attention of the service department . A return authorization number is not required.
- Once we receive the unit, we will evaluate it and notify you with a repair quote.
- You will decide if you want to repair the unit. We do not charge for repair estimates.
